 With the LOGBOOK Test Pass, you can get to know LOGBOOK at your leisure and test it in real use. The free trial access allows you to create your own log entries over a period of five days and use the most important features in a practical way.

The Test Pass is limited to one user, one device, and one vessel – ideal for getting a first realistic impression of LOGBOOK.

If you decide to subscribe to LOGBOOK afterwards, you can seamlessly continue to use all data recorded during the test. If you do not subscribe, the test data stored in the LOGBOOK cloud will be automatically deleted after two months.

Up to 5 users can access the logbook with their respective devices at the same time. Each user can use multiple devices – with no extra effort.

The professional logbook for commercially used yachts up to 24 m LOGBOOK Captain is the right choice for yachts up to 24 meters in length that are operated commercially or managed by a professional skipper – possibly together with a professional crew.
The annual subscription is designed for continuous professional use. Up to 5 users can access the logbook with any number of devices at the same time. LOGBOOK is always active on only one vessel, ensuring clear and unambiguous documentation.
 
Pro support for professional operation
The LOGBOOK Captain subscription already includes our Pro Support. Our support team assists you quickly and reliably – exactly when it matters in ongoing operations.
You can reach us flexibly by email, phone, or WhatsApp. If necessary, we also support you via remote maintenance. Support requests are prioritized. The maximum response time is 24 hours, but you usually receive feedback within a few hours.
 

LOGBOOK Master Captain – maximum responsibility, personal support

The premium logbook for large vessels and the highest professional demands LOGBOOK Master Captain is aimed at commercially operated vessels from 24 meters in length, where complex processes, larger crews, and the highest requirements for availability and support come together.
The subscription is designed for continuous professional operation. An unlimited number of users can access the logbook with any number of devices at the same time. LOGBOOK is always active on only one vessel, ensuring clear, consistent documentation across all users.
 
Comprehensive premium support included
With LOGBOOK Master Captain, you receive comprehensive premium support that goes far beyond the classic helpdesk. From onboarding to ongoing operation, we are personally and directly at your side.
 
Support includes:
  • Individual onboarding for vessel and crew
  • Personal introduction via video conference
  • Direct video conferences for complex questions
  • Online support for ongoing operation
  • Priority response times. The maximum response time is 24 hours, but you usually receive feedback within a few hours

    • This ensures that LOGBOOK is not only used, but optimally integrated into your onboard processes – reliably, efficiently, and sustainably.
     

    Applies to all paid LOGBOOK subscriptions

    With every paid LOGBOOK subscription, you benefit from continuous software development. Regular updates expand the range of functions and improve existing features. An extensive roadmap is already defined – suggestions and wishes from our users actively flow into further development.
     
    Reliable support
    We know that competent and easily accessible support is crucial at sea. If you need help with setup or ongoing operation, our support team is available to you according to the support level included in your subscription.
    Our regular support hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (CET). In many cases, you can also reach us outside these times and on weekends.
     
    Term & flexibility
    All paid LOGBOOK subscriptions are automatically renewed for the selected term and can be canceled at any time at the end of the term.
    7 days before renewal, you will receive a reminder email with the option to cancel or update your payment method. When renewing your subscription, you can also easily switch to a different term or a different subscription with extended features.
     
    Your data – secure and always available
    After your subscription expires, all data stored locally on your device in the app remains fully available. Changes or new entries are then no longer possible, but the print function remains permanently available.
    In addition, you have:
  • At least 2 years of access to your data backup in the LOGBOOK cloud for annual subscriptions
  • At least 6 months of access for monthly subscriptions
    • Before data is permanently deleted, we will inform you in good time by email.
    We recommend exporting completed trips as PDF files as well.
     
    If you take out a new subscription within these periods, you can reactivate your LOGBOOK at any time and seamlessly record new trips.

    All prices include 19% German VAT. For all customers outside the EU and EU business customers with a valid VAT ID, we deliver without VAT. The customer may be responsible for taxation in their country of residence.

    This offer applies to all customers who have purchased a Logbook Full Version Pro or a Logbook Upgrade to Pro. The discount amount depends on when you purchased your license or upgrade.
     
    Redeeming your discount is simple: Your serial number for the Full Version Pro or the Upgrade to Pro serves as a coupon code that you can enter in the shopping cart when completing your LOGBOOK subscription. The discount value is automatically calculated based on the purchase date of your license.

    50% discount: Pro license purchased after March 1, 2025 (LOGBOOK pre-announcement)
